Required Consultation Policy All loc appointments require a consultation prior to service. If I am not physically in the shop, the consultation will be conducted via FaceTime. Clients must be available for a same-day video consultation if booked for that day. Hair must be shown in its natural state (no styles, braids, blow-outs, or manipulation). During the consultation, we will review loc sizing, parting, and overall expectations to ensure proper planning and alignment. I do not require deposits and trust my clients to cancel or reschedule in a timely manner if they are unable to attend. However, appointments will not proceed without completing the required consultation. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
